Operations Team Leader

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading operations of rotating shift in an assigned area with regard to driving the workforce to a target of Zero injuries and zero quality complaints. Additional responsibilities include meeting production schedules, maximizing quality volume placed into the warehouse, minimizing controllable costs, and sustaining acceptable quality, while maintaining the highest possible levels of housekeeping, and employee relations. This includes leading a workforce of up to forty-five employees in a team-based environment structured around Zero injuries, employee involvement, participation, and execution.

Required Experience:
SAP knowledge preferred
Six Sigma and lean manufacturing exposure preferred
College Degree preferred, Engineering degree preferred
Relocation is available for this position
