Operations & Logistics Coordinator

Job Purpose:? Responsible for the Coordination and Scheduling of a labor force comprised of 14+ field installers

Duties:

?

Daily scheduling of field installation comprised of subcontract and in house labor.

Candidate is responsible for managing the logistics process.? Those duties include:

????? Ensuring materials are properly staged with the help of a warehouseman

????? Managing in bound materials so that job schedules are met

????? Answering technical questions once familiar with the products and industry

????? Issuance of purchase orders for all labor expended at job cost budgeted rates

????? Administrative support for field related event such as:

???????? Ensuring shorted items are properly ordered and tracked

???????? Proper freight claims filed if necessary

???????? Providing secondary office support for change orders, project management

???????? and business writing

???????? Purchasing of selected materials to complete jobs

???????? Job cost analysis to ensure profit objectives

?

Skills and qualifications:

?Supervision, interpersonal skills, organized, good business writing skills, proficient in all Microsoft Office programs with emphasis on Excel, college degree required, Reporting skills and scheduling experience
