Operations and Administrative Assistant

Company: Rapidly growing, boutique human resources consulting and executive search firm seeks energetic professional to assist with daily operational and administrative tasks for the company. The firm, one of the largest search firms in the area, works with many of the leading and emerging companies in the Baltimore/Washington region as well as throughout the US. The culture is very dynamic, entrepreneurial and fast paced. The company offers significant opportunity for learning and advancement.  The office is metro accessible.

 

Position:  Reporting to the Manager of Operations, this person will assist with the daily operational and administrative tasks of the firm and will be responsible for diverse duties and special projects. This person will play a key role in maintaining an organized and productive office, and will have the opportunity to design efficient office procedures.  Specific responsibilities will include:

 

? Prepare client letters, bills, marketing materials and other documents for clients

? Track and report weekly and quarterly activity of Consultants

? Monitor and update data trackers and database information

? Monitor execution of various office procedures

? Assist in making travel arrangements, prepare data and other materials to address client needs, type correspondence, and prepare meeting minutes and other documents

? Special projects in administration, research, and database management

? Assist receptionist with general office duties including preparing documents, filing, faxing, and answering phones as necessary

 

 

 

Qualifications:

? Bachelor?s Degree required

? Minimum 1 year of office experience preferred, not required

? Bright, energetic, take-initiative individual with strong communication skills

? Desire to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

? Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

? Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong problem solving and analytical skills

? Detail and task oriented

 

Compensation: Competitve base salary plus quarterly bonuses and excellent benefits package
