Job DescriptionThis position oversees and participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of Surface Lots goals, objectives, policies and procedures.  Manages, motivates and leads all daytime surface lot employees, and ensures excellent customer service, clean parking facilities, proper handling of revenue, and performs regular audits.Reviews and approves the submitted invoices related to surface lots expenses.Review monthly worksheets and statements for accuracy.Oversees equipment maintenance and technology troubleshooting.Reviews and stays appraised of all events that could impact the surface lots and adjusts the rates accordingly.Coordinates all necessary steps to open a new surface lot including: paving, striping, signage, and installation of electronic pay stations, etc.

 

QualificationsBachelor?s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.3+ years experience in management field with progressing levels of responsibility.Good working knowledge of electronics and/or the desire and ability to learn technology.Team player with excellent communication skills to work closely with administrative staff located at the main office
