Service Managers at the West Deptford, New Jersey facility. As a PT Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the efficient sorting, delivering, and handling of packages within prescribed time frames. Direct and lead a group of Package Handlers and ensure proper handling of packages. Provide communication and feedback to direct reports and upper management. Also responsible for training, safety, retention, and productivity/service goals.Candidates must have the ability to manage in a "hands-on" environment.Work hours for this position will take place during the early morning sort.Benefits and Tuition Assistance Program available. Great position for beginning college student who wants to work and learn from an industry leader while going to school!

Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check and drug test.
