Personnel Manager

Immediate opening!! Get in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing Private Duty Home Care Company. Our sales are expected to grow 60% over the next three years and we are in need of team members who are interested in a fast track career. We are seeking a sales oriented Personnel Manager. This exciting new position will involve scheduling employees, hiring, interviewing, conducting orientation, prospecting for new business, assisting with the development of marketing materials and attending conferences. Bachelor?s degree preferred. Must be a hard working, self-starter, have good leadership abilities and desire to pursue a career in sales.
