Plant Business Manager

RBC de Mexico, a division of RBC Bearings, a global manufacturer of highly engineered, precision bearing products for the aerospace, industrial and defense markets has an opening for an experienced "PLANT BUSINESS MANAGER" at our Reynosa, Mexico facility.  This position will report to the Plant Manager and will be trained and groomed to potentially fill the role of Plant Manager.  The Reynosa facility is enjoying brisk, steady growth that is forecast to continue at a good pace.

 

The successful candidate will:

Have Maquiladora management experience.

Be completely, functionally bilingual in English and Spanish.

Be experienced, knowledgeable and driven to manage the bottom line.

Be able to work in a facility that has a "family atmosphere" at the same time always moving to the next level.

Have knowledge of Mexican labor laws, local practice and insight in managing turnover in a tight labor market.

Be a technically savvy individual, mechanically inclined that is able to balance the technical issues of a manufacturing environment with the Human ones.

Ideally the candidate will possess a Bachelors (or higher) degree in Engineering or Business management.
