Platform Development Manager, Operations

Job Purpose
Project manage and own delivery of the process and system development associated with new product developments (e.g. hybrid leases, loan products, etc.) and with new operational processes (micro fleet, OEM, rental, etc.). Lead and manage Capital Solutions integration projects associated with Operations and Services product fufillment.

Essential Functions

Develop integration strategy and consensus to ensure appropriate alignment with growth, customer CTQ/s and long term business objectives.

Manage project plan to meet Capital Solutions' and Fleet's deadlines for projects and data requests. Communicate and coordinate efforts within fleet to simplify the approach and eliminate duplicate efforts.

Solicit and consolidate input from across the organization to identify growth and synergy opportunities enabled or created by CS integration. Maintain visibility to integration efforts across the other P&L's to identify opprotunities.

Build processes and products to support the entry into new commercial markets (micro-fleet, rental, ownership, etc.) Ensure that our products are compliant with legal, contracts, pricing, operations, accounting and tax standards, policies and guidelines.

Define and source the resources, tools and third party relationships required to meet development timelines and revenue tragets for the strategic product plan.

Develop strong working relationships with the constituents who manage the direct customer interface to ensure seamless product delivery and support

Qualifications/Requirements:
Basic Qualifications

BA degree in business, finance or IT

Minimum of 7 years of process management or service delivery experience

3 years of experience managing work teams and driving cross-functional activities

Understanding of financial principles and experience in planning and forecasting

Experience managing complex projects using standard project management tools and approaches

3 years of experience leading systems development projects
