Powered Mobile Equipment Fleet Management Rental Coordinator

We are seeking a Powered Mobile Equipment Fleet Management Rental Coordinator to perform the following duties and responsibilities:

 

Maintain accurate accounting principles and practices for Fleet Management Rental Department.

Utilize database system to track approvals and purchase requests for the Fleet Management Rental Department.

Provide summary billing to fleet management rental customer(s).

Monitor approval and acquisition processes for rental equipment.

Prepare purchase orders to vendors for equipment rentals, leases and purchases.

Prepare quotations on equipment for regional representatives.

Track the equipment from its delivery to the plant to its return to the vendor in the asset database. Prepare initial and future billings to customers for the appropriate rental periods.

Match vendor invoices to the packing slip and enter invoices for payment. Resolve discrepancies between invoice and packing slips.

Track returns of rental equipment and ensure that vendors invoice Premier correctly for the final rental period.

Monitor expiration of equipment rental periods. Initiate renewal or return of equipment. Oversee process to its completion.

Maintain, analyze and report rental profitability.

Work with members of our Fleet Department to coordinate the ordering of equipment and proper scheduling to our Fleet customers where applicable.

Maintain rental report database for assigned customers.

 

Some travel may be required.

 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

 

Must have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Contact Management software helpful.  Basic mathematical skills are required.
