Position Summary:


Apply process technology to develop and improve Retail and Foodservice products. Lead projects from concept to commercialization. Capable of handling multiple projects at one time.


 


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


Lead and assist other R&D teams in the hands on development of packages for new product line extensions, quality improvement, cost improvement and material substitutions.

Lead and develop from concept to commercialization.

Lead technical project teams.

Provide technical leadership and support to other functional groups within SL. Works closely with customers to achieve successful outcomes.

Other duties as needed and/or assigned.




BS/MS/PHD in Chemical Engineering or related field.

3 years process design experience.

Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in process design.

Computer literacy essential.

Demonstrated project management skills while leading complex teams is required.

Demonstrated technical competency through strong written and communication skills.
