We are looking to expand our current process improvement team and are in need of enthusiastic individuals with strong process improvement and operations background. 

 

General responsibilities for these positions include:

? Develop project scope, plan, schedule, and project deliverables as needed

? Lead and participate in cross functional teams to develop process improvements and systems that will improve overall operations

? Make recommendations and oversee implementation of recommended actions

? Determine feasibility and process for implementation of new business plans 

? Make recommendations and oversee implementation of recommended actions

? Experience in facility management, safety training, fleet management, vendor management, process training and process improvement all a plus. 

? Able to manage data and understand how data flows through various systems

? Additionally, must be able to provide updates to management on a regular basis



We are looking for superstars!  To qualify you must have:

? Bachelors degree in Engineering/Business Administration preferred.

? Minimum of 3 -5 years of operations related experience.

? Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology.

? Excellent leadership, time management, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

? Experience in leading cross functional teams with no direct line reporting authority

? Assist team members with other projects as needed

? Experience with multiple location & multiple product businesses is a plus

? Team oriented and ability to multi-task

? Responsible & dependable-comfortable working with deadlines 

? Strong organizational skills

? Able to effectively communicate with various levels of management and demonstrate a professional demeanor at all times.

? Able to be flexible in a rapidly changing work environment

? Able to work independently ? self starter
