Production Supervisor

Core Hours:2nd Shift : Monday through Thursday, 2:30pm ? 12:30am



Position Summary:
Supervise direct labor employees to produce a high quality product. This includes maintaining production schedules and quality of work, planning, assigning duties and training employees. Selects and assists in selection of personnel for employment. Work closely with other production supervisors to improve quality and cycle time. Establish a working environment which promotes continuous improvement and high morale.


Requirements:

Bachelors Degree A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in an offshift environment Prior manufacturing experience, surface mount technology a plus Experience managing a diverse workgroup Ability to work with minimal supervision Self directed person who pays attention to details Proven track record of strong analytical skills Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills
