?Coordinate the process of program and product approvals through the internal channels within CitiMortgage.? Originate and coordinate requests for system enhancements for new programs and products.?

????????? Coordinate process of program or product approval, which includes review of program agreements, preparing New Product Information Sheet, FACT Information Sheet and Product Development Requests and maintaining the process flow on the New Program Procedure Checklist.

????????? Originate system requests and provide data for new program set up and changes to current programs.?

????????? Create rate sheets for new programs, request changes to current rate sheets and monitor Correspondent Special Programs rate sheets.

????????? Develop client pipeline and fee reports.

????????? Maintain on system shared drive copies of the latest release of agreements and contracts for all programs.

????????????? Other duties and special projects as assigned



??????????3+ years of mortgage?experience.?????


????????? Must have excellent planning/organizational, problem-solving and written communication skills.?


?????????????Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
