Program Manager Staff

Essential Functions and Duties
? Reporting to the Director, Global Operations Systems, this position will manage projects, provide technical assistance to user groups, and develop solutions to business initiatives in SAP, SAP Business warehouse (BW), SAP Portals, and using web applications.
? Candidate will work closely with Business groups to understand their business objectives and process issues, then develop and implement systems solutions.
? Candidate must be able to take a complex business initiative and develop a systems and business process strategy, develop business and technical specs, perform technical testing, and develop and deliver training material.
? Position requires thorough understanding of lean manufacturing design, supply chain strategies (including supplier consignment processes), as well as advanced MRP concepts (such as Global ATP).
? Potentially managing team of Program Managers

Qualifications
? 4-year degree required (BA or BS), preferably in an Operations discipline. MBA preferred.
? Ideal candidate would have 10+ years work experience in Operations with 5 years of management experience, preferably in wafer equipment or other high-tech manufacturing.
? Implementation experience with SAP SRM, SCM, Portals
? In-depth knowledge of SAP R/3, BW, ERP system architecture for Supply Chain Materials, Production and Spares environments.
? Proficient in Microsoft applications - Excel, Project, Access, Power Point, Word, Visio.
? Proven project management experience.
? Demonstrated effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams without direct line authority.
? Experience preparing and delivering Executive level presentations
