Program Planner/Integrator

Key Role: Provide subject matter expertise in program management and integration, strategic planning, the transformation life cycle, change management, and strategic communications for various DoD-related initiatives. Manage the program master plan and develop and maintain a master planning strategy that incorporates elements of sustainment, restoration and modernization, and military construction and demolition. Maintain responsibility for identifying installation requirements based on the mission and the assigned and incoming commands’ and units’ operational and training requirements. Define project milestones, critical paths, and work breakdown structures. This position is located in Ridgecrest, CA.



Functional/Industry Knowledge:

-6+ years of experience with program planning, including identifying critical paths, milestones, and work breakdown structures

-6+ years of experience with program and project implementation, including developing baseline schedules and performing risk analysis of schedules

-5+ years of experience with budget development and tracking

-Knowledge of Primavera, Open Plan, or Artemis preferred

-Knowledge of Earned Value Management

 

Education/Certifications or equivalent required:

BA or BS degree in a related field required
