Evaluate loan documents to ensure loans meet bond compliance and tax code guidelines.

Performs day-to-day encouraging/monitoring of workflow of MRB loans originated by Correspondent, Retail, and Wholesale. 10%

Develops and implements procedures on the process flow on loan programs from origination to funding for all channels. 20%?

Reviews and evaluates information on mortgage loan documents to ensure loans were originated to bond compliance and tax code guidelines. 50%??

Maintains key relationships with lenders in the appropriate channels in order to provide support and facilitate the process. 10%

Acts as agency liaison between originating channel and participating lenders. 10%



High School Qualifications/Diploma/GED

?3+ of years working in Mortgage Origination environment, Junior Underwriting Experience, Perform quality bond compliance and demonstrate knowledge of tax code guidelines, Ability to read and interpret bond affidavits.

Strong analytical skills, Ability to seek ways to improve processes, Ability to apply judgmental decisions to meet program compliance parameters.

Strong written and verbal skills.

?

No physical demand but need the ability to work under pressure.

Proficient knowledge of Excel, PC skills and Microsoft products.
