Project Coordinator

We are looking for a project coordinator on behalf of our client, Fidelity Investments.  This position is based in Salt Lake City, UT.

 

 

Responsibilities

 Produce all on-site event promotional materials, including invitations (print and electronic), flyers, posters, and performance sheets. Monitor inventory levels of customized client materials, and initiate reprint of these materials as directed by the Communication Consultants. Examples include enrollment kits, fact sheets, and forms Facilitate and coordinate the workflow of all materials from job initiation through distribution, working closely with internal business partners and outside vendors Proofread copy and check quality of document layout Work directly with FITSCo Compliance reviewers and utilize E-Review to ensure compliance and timely filing of communication materials. Monitor legal expiration dates for materials throughout the year and initiate updates as directed by the Communication Consultants Manage bulk ordering of materials in support of client objectives Orchestrate the strategic, on-time delivery of materials for annual Benefits Fair and Open Enrollment season

 

Strong communication and organizational skills, great attention to detailAbility to take initiative in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlines Proven track record of working cooperatively and effectively in a team environmentSelf-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvementFlexibility to work overtime if neededFinance or other business degree preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Excel required; Access database and FPRS/FIRSCO a plus

Proofreading skills; copy and editing skills

Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects on a timely basis for a diverse client base

Proficiency in crisis and time management/troubleshooting

Knowledge of mutual fund industry, retirement plans, and Fidelity's defined contribution products/services preferred
