Project Manager-Fire Alarm/Suppression Systems

PROJECT MANAGER  - FIRE ALARM /SUPPRESSIONS SYSTEMS

 

Southeastern Fire Control (SFC), a regional provider of solid state products for the fire suppression, life and physical asset and security markets has a position available in our Charlotte  office for a Project Manager.

 

We are looking for someone with appropriate experience and skills to successfully perform the following duties:

 Review bids with estimation and sales to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.Communicate with the customer representatives regarding schedule and progress of the project to maintain a close working relationship in meeting the project requirements.Coordinate and order materials for projects .Supervise and schedule installers and visit jobsites to ensure progress.Maintain documentation regarding the projects including changes, additions and deletions.Coordinate final inspections by AHJ.Support and adhere to the Company Safety Policy

 

Below are basic requirements for this position:

 Four (4) years experience in our marketRecent experience in a fire suppression environmentNICET certification is desirableMust be a stand alone individual who can do whatever is necessary to get the job doneStrong mechanical, electrical and electronic aptitudeGood PC skills in a Windows EnvironmentAbility and willingness to travel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
