Project Manager for Maintenance Division

Project Manager Maintenance Division position available with an Orange County Maintenance/Construction Company.  Must have knowledge of procedures, materials and tools used in general construction work and in making repairs.  Individual must be able to recognize equipment used in construction and how it is used.  Key areas of responsibility include: Overseeing technicians in the areas of carpentry repairs such as drywall, texture, prime, paint, door/window adjustments, plumbing repairs and electrical repairs.This is a traveling position to handle the general maintenance needs of multiple properties.A company vehicle will be provided, but a valid CA drivers license is necessary and a clean driving record.  Working knowledge of English, both oral and written is required.
