The QA Manager:

 Schedules, tracks, and conducts Internal Quality Audits; Processes, tracks and closes documentation for Corrective Action Requests, Preventive Action Requests, and Continuous Improvement Opportunities; Develops and maintains the Quality Management System (QMS) Audit Schedule; Is responsible for tracking, logging, and posting changes to QMS documentation while maintaining the proper structure, integrity, and accuracy of the QMS documentation change process.

 

The candidate must be a United States citizen without dual citizenship.  The candidate should be familiar with ISO certification, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.  Minimum Qualifications include an Associate Degree in a technical area as well as a strong statistical background.  Manufacturing experience is preferred.  Must have excellent problem-solving skills, strong computer skills and possess the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.  Must be highly organized, able to establish priorities and complete tasks on deadline.  Some business travel required.
