We are seeking a seasoned call-center professional with a strong commitment to quality to join our Minnetonka office. In this brand-new role, you would manage a dynamic team while ensuring the quality and standards of our customer service interactions. Primary responsibilities include:

 
Building and managing a team of Quality Specialists
Coaching and mentoring staff and providing annual performance reviews
Implementing and monitoring quality processes that support Medicare Part D objectives
Working with the Director of Quality and Corporate Quality Team to identify quality processes



 A significant knowledge of call-center practices is needed for this role, in addition to successful leadership/management experience. A background in quality improvement/processes is key. Data analysis experience is essential.

 

Knowledge of Medicare Part D, or other experience in the healthcare field, is preferred. Project management and/or auditing experience is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills are essential.A Bachelor’s degree is required.
