Quality Manager (Global Order Operations)

Lead Global Order Operations Quality efforts for benefit of the Global Order Operation functions. Supervise assignments and manage functions of the Quality department. Responsible for hiring and supervision of department staff. Routinely demonstrate initiative to seek out new projects focusing on continuous improvement of processes. Demonstrate cross-functional knowledge of various functional groups within the Order Operations area. Represent Quality, as a discipline, within the Order Operations area. Develop understanding of the industry, company, and how departmental objectives relate to the global business strategy of the Order Operations and Finance organizations.

8+years with recognized expertise in Quality System development and management including policies, procedures, business goals and strategies. Excellent decision making skills. Consensus bu8ilding ability and able to promote teamwork and achieve continuous improvement. Conceive, lead and champion projects coordinated with other functional groups. Leadership role within Order Operations group and excellent understanding of department direction and able to effectively manage operational budget.
