Quality Systems Manager

We are recruiting for Quality Systems Managers to add to our growing team to:

 

Drive continued certification of the ISO 9001-2000 Standards across the Business Enterprise, while leading the associate development and ensuring operational quality assurance and efficiency per the Company goals.  Will assume full responsibilities as the Organization?s ISO Management Representative.  Lead the Quality Assurance program across the organization through use of Statistical Process control application, methodical sampling program per ANSI and ESD standards, and auditor skills development.

 

Duties/Function: (Other duties may be assigned.)

 

? Provide direction for 2-3 supervisors and 25-30 associates across multiple facilities

? Ensure compliance for organizational internal auditsCreate and monitor quality standards for benchmarking effectiveness of operational departments utilizing the guidelines set-forth in the ISO standards.

? Planning, budgeting, and forecasting for department operations; cost control and analysis.

? Resource allocation including personnel, equipment, and software.  Provide authority and accountability in achieving and maintaining ISO Certification.Evaluation of standards and operational performance to drive improvements.

? Ability to communicate internally (associates, staff, peers, upper management) and externally (customers, vendors) with all levels.Contribute and adhere to company training program, succession planning, policies and procedures.Facilitate process improvement initiatives using tools such as Six Sigma and Lean Concepts. Minimal travel between Fort Worth and Carrollton, TX

 Experience / Requirements

 At least 5 yrs Quality Assurance, ESD, ISO or equivalent Quality management systems experience

? Certification as Internal ISO Auditor through a credible certifying body (prefer Lead RAB Auditor)

? Six Sigma training: Green Belt (prefer)

? Experience with Statistical Process Controls: developing, implementing, monitoring and reporting 

? Experienced with facilitating Process Improvement projects utilizing Lean Manufacturing concepts and methodology

? Project management or process management

? Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel

? Communication ? High degree of proficiency verbal and written.English fluency a must.
