The Frito-Lay Risk Management team currently has a position open for a Region Sales Safety Manager in our Southeast Atlanta, GA) and Central-Gulf (Birmingham, AL) Region.
- Region Sales Safety Managers are primarily responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive safety and loss control strategy within assigned Sales Region(s).
- Safety responsibilities include cultivating an accident-free environment using methods which include: management safety training; employee safety training with specific emphasis on ergonomics and driver awareness; management and leadership of safety committees; incident investigation, and management of regulatory compliance obligations, including OSHA and DOT. Loss control / loss mitigation responsibilities include accident reporting compliance, ensuring the utilization of preferred medical providers and execution of Frito-Lay's Return To Work program.
- This position will report to the Senior Region Safety and Risk Manager and will require approximately 40% travel.
- Successful candidates will possess 5 or more years of professional safety experience.
- Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills. A bachelors degree is required, graduate degree and/or CSP designation preferred.

Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years relevant Safety experience required, Masters degree and/or ARM or CSP designation preferred.
