Regional Service Manager

Responsibilities Include:

?  Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by determining customer's needs and delivering services that consistently meet those needs

?  Plan and control the operational effectiveness and financial performance of the service region focusing on the following areas:

o Delivery of the regional revenue plan to achieve a regional shipped-margin performance that directly supports the profitability goals

o Manage the regional labor and expense budget to achieve regional variance and gross-margin goals

o Execute capital equipment programs to meet ROI projections related to regional revenue and margin

?  Ensure Regional team conforms to all quality standards that impact the field.

?  Ensure Regional team provides comprehensive and timely paid service, installation and warranty field reports

?  Plan and lead the personnel aspect of the service region, with emphasis on the following areas:

o Maintain proper staffing levels consistent with customer expectations and in conjunction with regional growth and business plans

o Effect change, foster cohesiveness, coach for continuous improvement and provide an encouraging work environment

o Develop/maintain training plans

?  Partner with the appropriate business groups

Qualifications Include:

?  Bachelor's degree in a technical field plus 5 years service experience with at least two of those with MTS or within the testing industry -or-

?  AA degree or trade school certificate with 9 years service experience with at least two of those with MTS or within the testing industry

?  Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required

?  Formal training in business management, marketing, and finance is desirable
