We are seeking a team-oriented Reporting Analyst/Operations Liaison to manage data and contract installation in this highly visible role. In addition, the chosen candidate would develop process automation and assist with special projects. This is a challenging position that offers a unique opportunity to use your creativity and problem-solving skills in a new way. Primary responsibilities include:
Conducting data querying and mining
Developing automated processes
Driving automation projects
Developing reports and tools (coding)
Serving as a liaison between technical and business groups
Participating in business testing



Strong experience developing reports is essential to this role, along with excellent data analysis skills. A background in healthcare will be very helpful, and provider contract knowledge is a plus. Computer proficiency is a must; SQL experience is ideal. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
