Resource Delivery Six Sigma Black Belt

Description:
Responsible for partnering with the field service process owners to drive improvements in the effectiveness and efficiency of resource delivery to customer systems. This includes technicians, parts and software. Success will be measured by reductions in case duration and other operational metrics along with financial value delivery. Manages Six Sigma projects that are complex and critical to the company and its business partners. Implements changes that will significantly improve the company's business, products or organizational processes. Develops clear customer definitions and requirements and drives projects to completion. Works with champions, sponsors, stakeholders, and Master Black Belts in conjunction with financial analysts to drive financial and qualitative benefits throughout the entire company. Demonstrates a strong commitment to the Six Sigma vision, strategy, methodologies, and tools. Identifies all opportunities to influence stakeholders to increase the acceptance of Six Sigma. May mentor Green Belts. Utilizes project management and change management methodologies, skills, and tools to keep projects to their respective schedules. Must have strong analytical and presentation skills. Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems. Typically requires 5 - 8 years experience and Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications:
Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification preferred. MBA preferred. 3-5 years in business operations and process required.
