ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (ASM)
This position is responsible for maximizing sales through assisting in planning, coordinating and managing all operations of the store. These operations include ensuring excellent customer service, meeting and exceeding the store's annual sales goal, inventory shrinkage and high quality of work life results. The ASM supervises work of subordinate associates and performs related supervisory and professional work as required. This position reports to the Store/General Manager.

Position Requirements:
** Boating experience and/or knowledge is highly preferred.
** Minimum 2 years management and retail experience.
** Bachelor?s degree preferred, but not required.
** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
** Strong leadership skills and self motivated.
** Must have a flexible schedule to be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
** Basic computer skills.

INVENTORY MANAGER
This position is responsible for communicating with Analysts, Category Managers and the Store Manager to ensure the proper mix of merchandise is on order and received to assist in providing a great customer experience and maximizing the annual sales goal. The Inventory Manager is responsible for the annual inventory process for the business unit and will ensure that merchandise is properly tagged and displayed in the store.  They will perform related supervisory and professional work as required. This position reports to the Store/General Manager.

Position Requirements:
** Boating experience and/or knowledge is highly preferred.
** Bachelor?s degree preferred, but not required.
** Minimum 1 to 3 years retail experience.
** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
** Must be able to lift forty pounds to shoulder height unassisted.
** Must have a flexible schedule to be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
