Sales Operations Manager

We are conducting a search for a?Sales/Marketing operations professional with extensive experience encompassing all phases of the sales cycle including marketing and event planning, opportunity management, sales presentations, systems demonstrations, bids & proposals, with particular expertise in management of data capture and anaylsis and compensation and performance reporting.

You are a creative, innovator and implementer of business process tools delivering custom solutions.

You are a liaison with corporate C-level contacts, HR, Finance, IT, etc. for projects and development.

You are an excellent presenter with top-notch written communication skills.

Some Essential Duties:
Serve as a liaison between North American sales, other departments.
Establish and manage RFP process, QA., ?and development of content database and define a process for consistent refresh and update.
Assist with the maintenance and analyses of sales management forecast and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Organize monthly field communications from sales, product management, and marketing.
Plan, organize, and manage sales meetings and training programs.
Gather competitive market intelligence and incorporate with contact management and lead tracking system.
Conceive, design, and implement effective lead tracking, pipeline management, and order management tools, monitoring the processes through to commissions, with statistical analyses of wins/losses and performance metrics.
Create Excel-based sales forecasting tool for global usage. ?
Develop library of management reports and decision making tools for Sales, Marketing, and Finance integrating critical sales activity data. ?
Plan and execute marketing and direct mail campaigns, trade shows, and national meetings.
Lead global CRM (Siebel) initiatives ensuring regional representation and consistency with corporate standards.

MUST HAVE:
B.A./B.S. Degree ?
Minimum of 10 years work experience in a related field, preferably having managed sales teams, telemarketing teams, and/or pre-sales support teams.
