Sales Operations Manager Needed!!

The Opportunity: 

 

Onvia is look for a great Sales Operations Manager to be responsible for Sales process improvements and measurements in order to optimize revenue attainment efforts.  This person will lead projects to improve the coordination of sales programs and policies.  This role will be a significant contributor to the efficiency and support of the Sales organization. 

 

Core Responsibilities:

 Identify and establish methods and processes for optimizing (measured in terms of cost, talent, expense to bookings ratio, and booking volume) our ?front end? Sales processes, inclusive of the pre-qualification to prospect process.Optimize use of phone and other technologies to create maximum efficiency and output in converting potential clients into prospects who are likely to become clientsLead special projects within Sales Operations (may involve working with departments outside of Sales) to implement changes within Sales and perhaps across that company that affect Sales performance.Improve performance metrics results such as reduction in hold time, reduction in abandonment rate, increase in the percentage of pre-qualified leads from Account Representation which later convert to closed sales, increase in number of outbound calls made per Account Representative, etc?Provides leadership and oversight of Account Representation Team.  Partner with Marketing and Sales Leaders in managing the lead generation processEstablish criteria and process for managing customer data within GoldMine to be used within all of Sales

 

Position Qualifications:

 Understanding of sales process ranging from prospecting and forecasting through to closingMinimum of 2 years supervising subordinatesMinimum of 3 years customer service experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience with lead generation processAbility to develop plans to support company objectives and to deliver on these plansKnowledge of selling to Government preferred

 Development of refined and scaleable processes within SalesImprovement in Account Representation performance metricsSuccess of projects ledProcess improvement suggestions and implementations

 

 

Education/Training/Certifications:

 

Bachelor?s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications
