Sam's Replenishment Analytical Lead

Position Description:
Based in the Rogers, Arkansas (Bentonville) sales office, the incumbent will provide in depth replenishment support & leadership by expanding the level of contact to Sam's Replenishment, replenishment systems, and the Bentonville based sales organization. Key responsibility will be to assure that all of the current and future defined Sam's replenishment KPI's are achieved/exceed. This will be accomplished by continually expanding replenishment expertise, and effectively institutionalizing with CAS team members.

Essential Functions:
?Expert on Sam's Replenishment systems and processes.
?Analysis and evaluation of replenishment KPI's (daily outs; inventory levels; forecasts; event performance).
?Determining and prioritizing system and process adjustments required to meet KPI's.
?Communicating with Chicago based CAS team; Sam's Replenishment Manager; and sales, as appropriate.
?Lead execution of recommended adjustments.
?Follow-up & report results.
?Build & maintain first hand relationships with Sam's replenishment managers at Sam's Home Office.
?Provide leadership to assure CAS staff replenishment capabilities are at expected levels.
?Individual and group level training
?Coordinate Sam's replenishment Quarterly Updates.
?Maintain close working relationships with: Customer Account Specialists (day to day replenishment owners); Customer Service Supervisors; Customer Service Managers; Account Managers; and other Wal-Mart suppliers, as appropriate.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
?Sam's replenishment systems experience / expertise (Retail Link; CPFR; 2-Tier)
?Knowledge of PBF supply chain capabilities, and relationship with customer replenishment.
?Strong analytical skills, with ability to make quick and actionable recommendations.
?Solid understanding of performance management principle and the effective use of KPI's are essential.
?Proven learning agility in new and fast paced environment
?Strong facilitation and problem solving skills - including idea generation, conflict management, issue escalation, prioritization, and the ability to manage changing priorities.
?High level of interpersonal skills, especially in high tension environment.
?Demonstrated independent & self directed / motivated.
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management.
?B.A. or B.S. degree in business, engineering, or related discipline.
