We are currently looking for a Scanning Team Lead

 

The primary responsibility of the position is to effectively supervise the Mail Handling, Prep and Scan Section of the Document Management Workstream within Shared Services to deliver a high quality service inline with service baseline.  As part of this to ensure that all Mail Sort Activity is performed within agreed timeframes whilst complying with generally accepted accounting standards, statutory requirements and Client guidelines. To ensure accurate distribution and preparation of incoming mail.  It is anticipated that the incumbent will be instrumental in the development and stabilisation of the transition to Shared Services for this integral component.  This person will work closely with other Sections within the Document Management Workstream. The successful applicant will be a key contact and escalation route for all clients for the Document Management Workstream.

 

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with MS Excel and Word.

5+ years of experience working with PCs

5+ years of experience in a managerial or lead role in time dependant environment.

 

 Nice to Have Skills:

 

3+ years? Office/Accounting experience

Ability to perform under pressure with a positive attitude and able to work to rigid timescales.

Enthusiastic individual with positive attitude and desire to achieve targeted results

Flexible in undertaking a variety of tasks, attentive to detail, good communication skills.
