Securities Sales Assistant

Incumbent is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to a group of institutional and high net worth individual salespeople.  Securities Sales Assistants are required to perform a wide variety of sales support activities including but not limited to the following: Handling customer inquiries and responding to customer calls, Trade ticket or account problem resolution, Trade ticket order entry, Market research and information collection, Dissemination of market information to customers, Providing backup sales support in sales person?s absence, Customer mailings, Customer event coordination

Customer file maintenance, Monitoring and executing client LMS on line trade activity and Process equity transactions via Pershing system for clients.

 

BA or BS (preferred). Minimum 3 years customer contact related work experience. Excellent organization and analytical skills.  Solid verbal and interpersonal skills. Position requires a very close attention to detail.
