This position is primarily responsible for Front Office interaction with the client on matters related to sub-system balancing and controls.  Also responsible for process update, training and reconciliation support related to system balancing and controls for Legacy CIS.

Overall understanding of Texas Market Transactions and systems related to electric energy.  Strong interpersonal and communications skills are required.  Strong knowledge of MS Office suite of products with emphasis on spreadsheet and database applications required.  Knowledge and experience in ERCOT energy market and electric energy industry.  Strong knowledge of LCIS functionality and transactions
