This position is primarily responsible for analysis and reporting for the Collections area involving direct client interface on a regular basis.

Monthly Preparation of both Operational and KPI Metric Reporting for Client and CGE Management

Operational support for both Dallas Front Office and Palestine Back Office Collections Groups

Special projects and consulting

Overall understanding of Texas Market Transactions and systems related to electric energy.  Strong interpersonal and communications skills are required.  Strong knowledge of MS Office suite of products with emphasis on spreadsheet and database applications required.  Knowledge and experience in ERCOT energy market and electric energy industry.
