This position is primarily responsible for Front Office interaction with the client on matters related to transaction and service order management.  Also responsible for process update, training and statistical reporting related to back office processes associated with transaction / service order management processes.

Overall understanding of Texas Market Transactions and systems related to electric energy.  Strong interpersonal and communications skills are required.  Strong knowledge of MS Office suite of products with emphasis on spreadsheet and database applications required.  Knowledge and experience in ERCOT energy market and electric energy industry.
