Senior Associate - ACS Billing Operations

Your job is to gain knowledge of the PRIME Product in order to make recommendations for maintaining and upgrading the current process. You re-design the existing process for maintaining the PRIME database with the ability to envision more efficient and effective method of processing. You coordinate between Billing, Product, and Financial Advisor's to insure accuracy of payments and reconciliation of ledger accounts. You track and monitor metrics for the processing of PRIME payments.

Basic Qualifications
You are a College Graduate with, preferably, a degree in Finance or Accounting. You have 2 - 5 years of Finance/ Accounting or related experience. You are knowledgeable of securities industry, operations processing, and the Advisory/Managed Accounts business. You have excellent communication skills. You are a self motivator and can work with minimal supervision.
