Senior Associate - Settlements

Your job will involve processing functions related to the receipt and delivery of positions in physical form. Your job will be to balance our internal records to DTCC. You will act as a liaison with the vault area relating to the deposit of certificates. You are responsible for escalating any issues to management and researching suspense items.

Basic Qualifications
You are preferably a High School graduate with the ability to ascertain if a physical certificate is in good negotiable form. You are knowledgeable of DTCC physical settlement processes and the credit lists related to the transfer of funds for physical securities. You have good analytical, oral and written communication skills. You are a team player. You are proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
