This position will support an organization wide project that is identifying a new technology approach focusing on a web-based Service Oriented Architecture that will allow our organization to develop an integrated solution providing exceptional and consistent customer experiences across all products and channels. Engaging in this significant project the Application Engineer position will:

- Manage the configurations for IBM WebSphere Unix environments supporting development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Manage the environment configuration for multiple software releases.
- Manage Chordiant environment including but not limited to user profiles, data setups etc.



- Minimum of 2 years of experience Websphere Application Server administration
- Must be proficient in Unix Operating System and shell scripting
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating System
- Must be able to communicate effectively with software developers, engineers, and test personnel.
- Must be comfortable working in a team environment and supporting the software development life cycle.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and MS Office skills
- Experience with ClearCase and/or other SCM tools
- Experience supporting Java Development
