POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Assess and document existing business procedures in different departments (Distribution, Sales, Customer Service and Marketing) and identify opportunities for improvement

Gather data, analyze and provide opinions on company operations within diverse business units

Develop recommendations for new methods / procedures, implementation plans, schedules and written reports for management to evaluate

Assist management with implementing sustainable changes based on submitted recommendations

Take part in development and implementation of overall cost-saving initiatives

Assist in internal audit process

Prior analyst experience in a business operations environment

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Must be proficient in MS Excel and Access
