Position purposeManage and coordinate the day to day activities of the company.Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.Prepare financial and/or operational analyses and policies.Audit current procedures to monitor and improve efficiency of operations.

 

Major tasks, responsibilities and key accountabilities

 Manage the daily operations of the American Cash Center stores and its various components, ensuring compliance with company, local, state, and federal policies. Develop or assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure safe and efficient operation.Create repeatable processes and implement best practices. Review and interpret financial and operation information, as appropriate.Develop annual operating budgets and provide and/or assist with fiscal direction.Manage expansion of new locations.

 

Minimum qualifications of ideal candidate5 or more years management experience in a customer focused retail environment.Track record of successfully partnering with internal and external customers and offering solutions. Working knowledge of continuous improvement fundamentals. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks according to organizational goals. Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with sales and product groups to meet the needs of clients. Track record of expense control. Demonstrated capacity for and experience with technical and systems understanding.  Strong oral and written communication skills. Track record of forming a team, motivating, and developing associates. Technically competent with Windows based applications.  Coaching skills. Leadership presence and professional bearing.  Strategic thinking. Effectively copes with change.
