Senior Representative - CEFS Operations

Your job is to handle the administrative functions for the CEFS Operations Department. You handle phone coverage, ordering/maintaining supplies, attendance/vacation tracking, coordinating meetings, invoice processing, and extensive weekly/monthly management reporting.

Basic Qualifications
You are a High School Graduate with 3 - 5 years of Financial Services Operations experience with a minimum of 2 years as an administrative assistant. You are knowledgeable of PC functions. You have an advanced level of experience in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. You have strong customer service skills and a positive/pleasant demeanor.
