Senior Representative - Physical Processing

Your job will be to process certifications involved in a Corporate Action. You will process proceeds received based on the terms of the particular deal and ensure the accuracy of the proceeds before distribution is made. You will coordinate your efforts with branch network and will also interact with international physical certificates.

Basic Qualifications
You are a professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to read and comprehend terms for Corporate Actions.

Preferred Qualifications
You are a college graduate with 3-5 years of processing physical certificates experience. You also have knowledge of foreign issues.
