Just as United strives to satisfy our customers' demands for flights that are comfortable, convenient, and on time, United Services provides its customers with excellent service at competitive prices and with turn times that meet or beat industry standards.? ??ResponsibilitiesPlans both tactical and strategic, procurement and disposition of material in support of internal, customer and OSV maintenance activity Evaluates demand sources, production capabilities, strengths and weaknesses of existing Supply Chain and models inventory requirements, develops alternatives and makes sound recommendations in support of customer and business plan Analyzes and establishes system protection levels that support operations at the least total cost Coordinates all Supply Chain related activities including work order activity associated with cannibalization, next higher assembly increases, and related changes Strategically and tactically establishes station inventory to support line maintenance operations Creates and maintains order streams to fulfill inventory demand Develops, implements and presents inventory plans and provides summary/roll-up support Develops and manages material expenditure and investment level plans Monitors analyzes and reports on performance against plan. Develops and implements short and long term solutions for variances from plan Utilizes Lean Manufacturing techniques and provides leadership support in team/individual training Supports development and deployment of, and ensures decision support data and models are used in daily work.?

Education:BS/BA degree in related field of expertise is required. MBA strongly recommended. ?Experience:A minimum 5 years experience required in fields of Supply Chain planning, 3 years of provisioning or procurement. Minimum 3 years Lean transformations and/or implementations.?Skills and Competencies: Analytical Problem Solving -- including Six Sigma or Lean A3 skillsIn depth knowledge of excel and financial functionsUse and understanding of data mining tools and techniquesExcellent communication skillsSelf-motivated?
