Work in the role of Analyst/Programmer to support a suite of Costpoint application modules: Cost Point Accounts Payable/Receivables, Billing, General Ledger, Impromptu, Labor, Masterdata, Procurement, Purchasing, Projects, Sales Order, Sales product, Time Collection, Travel. Responsibility includes systems integration and the development of new and enhanced functionality to meet business needs.

Good experience in Oracle, SQL etc. Moderate exposure to Visual Basic

Work with business analysts and end users to solve the business issues and problems and comes up with workarounds.

Respond to end users for their request for information, issues and updates.

Work with the operations teams, availability teams and interfacing applications to perform root cause analysis of the issues.

Perform tuning of the software to improve application performance.

Work with the business analysts to train or educate users in the working of the system.

Implement Minor Enhancements and Projects

Mastery - Costpoint Functional and Technical implementation, Administration, Configuration

Seasoned - Visual Basic, Oracle SQl
