The position will be assisting the Ballyrock CDO team.  Below are brief job description of the group.


 


CDO Accountant Job Responsibilities


 


?  Reconcile CDO daily cash balances available for investment as reported by the Trustee to the cash balances in the Wall Street Office Accounting system.


?  Reconcile CDO total assets in the Wall Street Office Accounting system to the total assets in the Invest One Accounting system.


?  Monitor Bank Debt trade executions and settlements.  Interface with CDO Trading Area when issues arise.


?  Settle all Bank Debt trades in the Wall Street Office Accounting system.  For all new Bank Debt purchases, set up Bank Debt contract and Amortization schedule information in the Wall Street Office Accounting system.


?  Process daily Bank Debt activity (paydowns, borrowings, interest, rollovers, splits, conversions, combinations, & rate changes) in the Wall Street Office Accounting system as reported by Agent Bank notifications.


?  Process daily Bank Debt paydowns in the Invest One Accounting system.


?  Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations for Bank Debt total assets, Spreads, Interest Projections and Amortization schedules between Fidelity and Trustee.  Research and resolve with Trustee utilizing Agent Bank notifications and Bank Debt Credit Agreements.


?  Respond to inquiries from Ballyrock CDO Director. 

o Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the financial services industry
o PC skills
