National Facilities Service Company seeks experienced Sr. Facilities Manager in Des Moines to represent a multi-client portfolio providing janitorial services. Ideal candidate will have experience selling within building service industry. Individual must be creative, independent and assertive decision maker with excellent verbal and written communication abilities and strong presentation and interpersonal skills. We have an excellent opportunity for a success driven leader who seeks out challenges to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations. The position requires heavy customer interaction and satisfaction. Must have at least 3 years management experience. Competitive salary and benefits package with progressive incentive program.
