Provide HR generalist support to the new Pryor OK Hot Fill site. Provide leadership across a wide variety of areas to maximize organizational effectiveness and performance. As the Sr. HR lead on site you will partner with the plant leadership team in strategically planning the business. You will support the leadership team and employees in delivering the business agenda through four key roles (strategic partner, change agent, technical function expert and employee champion). Position will lead the staffing strategy, work with the senior leadership team to build the culture and the HR function within the plant.
This position also supports the execution of core people processes (e.g. Performance Management Process, People Planning, 360, Organizational Health Surveys) and other aspects of the people agenda including staffing, diversity, development, recognition, compensation, compliance and employee relations. In this role you be expected to pro-actively anticipate hourly and salaried employee relations issues and provide timely coaching and counseling to reconcile differences and establish resolution.

7+ years in HR.
Masters in HR, OMD, Psychology or business preferred.
Manufacturing experience a plus
