Sr. Operation's Analyst - Hand Tools Division

Job Description: This position will support the Hand Tools Division's needs related to manufacturing, supply chain, inventory and distribution and transportion analysis. This individual will be the key support role for the Operation's Controller in analysis, ad hoc reporting and monthly Ops Reporting. This position is responsible for providing financial leadership and expertise while participating with Operation Reviews, the G/L Closing Process and various Mfg Cost Analysis and Reporting. The position can act as a liaison to other departments on an as needed basis.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance 3-5 years Cost Accounting or Financial Analysis experience Standardizing, maintaining Ops Package (Metrics) Developing, Analyzing Monthly Ops Forecasts/Financial Metrics Analyze/Develop Monthly distribution/transportation reporting Develop/Report manufacturing cost reduction actions Strong math and analytical skills PC expertise with spreadsheets and databases Microsoft Access - proficiency is a must Business Acumen, Interpersonal Savvy, Superior Teamwork and Communication Skills Technical Knowledge, Initiative and Follow-up, Judgment and Problem Solving Skills Organizational agility/getting things done through others Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
