Sr. Operations Analyst-IRWIN Accessories

Job Description: IRWIN's Accessories Division has an opening for a Sr. Operations Analyst to support division needs related to manufacturing, supply chain, inventory and distribution analyisis. This individual will be the key support role for the VP of Operations and the Director of Supply chain as well as support the Operations Controller in analysis, ad hoc reporting and montly reporting responsibilities. This position is responsible for providing financial leadership and expertise regarding operations financial analysis/reporting, the G/L close process and cost analysis. Maintains, improves, and utilizes information systems in order to provide timely and accurate financial information. Supports supervisor as liaison to other departments on an as needed basis.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
* 2-5 years Cost Accounting
* Strong math and analytical skills
* PC expertise with Access, Excel and querying systems
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Business Acumen, Interpersonal Savvy, Superior Teamwork
* Technical Knowledge, Initiative and Follow-up, Judgment and Problem Solving Skills
* Conflict Management/Composure
* Organizational agility/getting things done through others
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
